  • At least one author (Presenting Author and/or Co-authors) of each accepted paper is required to register and present the paper at the conference.
  • The presenter must complete all registration process and all the payment before 23:59 (GMT+8), January 31, 2022.
  • Registration will be accepted ONLY upon received of payment. Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via email within three days after a completion of your on-line registration. The confirmation of registration will be sent via email within 3 weeks upon clearance of payment.
  • Upon completion of payment, participants may request invitation letters from the Secretariat for visa purpose.

How to Register

  • Participants are strongly requested to register for the conference individually via On-line Registration System at the conference website.
  • Complete registration required full payment and the relevant supporting document.
  • Please be noted that the registration will not be processed without the receipt of the documentation.
  • Payment must be made in NT Dollars and the payment could be made in the either of the methods mentioned below. Please note that applicants will take care of all bank charges incurred.

Notification of Online Registration Process

A notification would be sent via email the online registration system to confirm your application. If you fail to receive it, please contact the Registration Office before you try to register again.

Confirmation of Registration

A confirmation of registration will be issued upon the receipt of your completed payment. However, registration without the relevant supporting document and full payment of registration fee in the designated deadline will be altered as On-site registration by the Conference Secretariat.

Letter of Invitation

Participants may request the invitation letter from the Conference Secretariat. The invitation is issued only for the purpose of entry visa application and is not a commitment from the IDMC 2022 organizers to provide financial aid to any applicant or their accompanying persons. Expenses incurred are the personal responsibility of the applicant.

On-site Registration

  • The deadline for Pre-Registration is April 05, 2022. All registration and payment received after this date will be considered as On-site Registration and processed on-site.
  • For On-site Registration, only payment via Cash (NT$) and Credit Card (Visa, Master and JCB Card) are accepted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to the IDMC 2022 Conference Secretariat. The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:

Before January 31, 2022: 50% of Registration Fee.
After February 28, 2022: No refund is applicable.
All refund will be processed after the conference has concluded.


Every attempt will be made to present the program as printed. However, the IDMC 2022 reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, programs or other items relating directly or indirectly to the Conference, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The IDMC 2022 conference secretariat is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of cancellation of the Conference all pre-paid fees will be refunded in full. However, the IDMC 2022 conference secretariat is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such cancellation.


Participants are advised to take care of their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the Conference does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to their belongings.
