• All abstracts must be submitted before (GMT+8) December 20, 2021 through on-line Abstract Submission System.
  (On-line Abstract Submission system will be open on September 30, 2021)
• Before submit the abstract(s), the creation of IDMC 2022 online system account is required, should you a member of SID, kindly use the email same as SID membership account.
• All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee of the IDMC 2022, and reviewing results will be announced by emailing a notice of acceptance/rejection to presenting authors only by December 15, 2021.
• Full Manuscript is optional for each accepted abstract.
• Instruction for oral / poster presentation will be sent to the presenting author after the submitted abstract is accepted. At least one author of the accepted abstracts should complete the registration.
• The number of abstracts for each submitter is unlimited.
• The presenting author must make the registration payment no later than January 31, 2022 to ensure the rights for the presentation.
• Acknowledgement of the receipt of abstract submission will be sent to the Presenting Author’s email address immediately upon submission. The Presenting Author will receive all correspondence regarding the abstract status, presentation type, date and time, via the email that is provided in the abstract submission.
• Abstracts must be original and have not been published or presented at any conference prior to the IDMC 2022. The accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book.

Please read the following instructions carefully before preparing your abstract.

• Only original and unpublished works are invited.
• Please refer to the Technical Summary Template to prepare your abstract. Only abstracts that meet requirements will be considered for accepting.
• All paper submissions must be typed in ENGLISH.
• All the works intended to present at the conference should be submitted as abstracts.
• Standard abbreviations may be employed in the text. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full wording at the first time the full wording appears in the body of the text.
• Abstract of 30-50 words is required when to fill in the submission information.
• A two-page technical summary in .doc or docx. format should be uploaded. English filename is requested and the file size is limited to 5MB.
• It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correctly edited and accurate abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author. Abstracts will be rejected if they contain no data or if the English is unacceptable.
• The maximum co-authors of each abstract are 10 people, moreover, should the co-authors are not filling in the submission system, and the co-authors will not be shown in the abstract book.
• The Scientific Program Committee of the IDMC 2022 reserves the right to accept or reject an abstract, to designate abstracts either oral or poster presentation, and to choose a suitable session for the abstract. The authors’ preference of the type of the presentation and theme will be taken into account.

*Before Submitting, please prepare your abstract strictly according to the Abstract Guideline. If abstracts received do not meet the specification, Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to reject the submission.

• Complete the abstract submission form at On-line Abstract Submission System, and you will be given detailed instructions on how to proceed.
• Each abstract can only be submitted once. The same abstract cannot be submitted for consideration in different paper categories.
• The indication of the preferable presentation type (Oral Presentation / Poster Presentation / Either) is required.
• A receiving confirmation of the abstract will be sent automatically to the presenting author by e-mail upon the online submission.
• For those who have difficulty in accessing the on-line abstract submission system, please contact the IDMC 2022 Secretariat at idmc2022.reg@elitepco.com.tw.

• Submit an abstract and be the presenting author of the presentation.
• Complete the online registration and pay the registration fee no later than January 31, 2022.
• Best Paper Awards and Distinguished Poster Awards will be prized for authors submitting the abstract in IDMC 2022 to encourage quality scientific presentation and participation. Those awards will be made for research based on scientific merit presented at the conference.
• The award is open to all registered presenters without age restrictions.
